One way is to put a button on your personal toolbar in Netscape or Internet Explorer. 

In Internet Explorer, when you're at the site you want to remember, jjust go to the <Favorites> menu, click <Add>, open the <Links> folder, and click <OK>.  Now you'll see the link on your toolbar every time you go on the 'Net.

In Netscape, pull the little yellow and green doodad beside the location box down onto your personal toolbar.  Now the link is always there to remind you.
