India currently has almost 30 tiger reserves. Two of the better known ones are Khana and Bandhavgarh National Parks. The Wildlife Protection Society of India is an organization of dedicated individuals who risk life and limb investigating the international illegal wildlife trade, and engage in many other activities protecting India's wildlife. To see wonderful images of tigers in another of India's national parks, see Chris Brunskill's photos of Ranthambhore. Read G.
